VIEW THE CHEESE MAKING PROCESS

Watch live as our craftspeople make our famous All Natural Cheese through a one hundred foot viewing corridor. You can watch every aspect of the cheese making process. With our "early to bed early to rise" schedule we keep in our manufacturing area, it is best that you visit us before lunch. Our manufacturing hours may vary from day to day due to our daily supply of fresh milk.


THE HISTORY OF CHEESE MAKING MURAL

This hand painted 5'X60' mural gives the history of cheese making starting with nomads hundreds of years ago, right up to present day. This mural, along with a written history, was hand painted by the renowned artist, Tom Miller, and is one of a kind must see. Artist Tom Miller has painted Swiss scenes on buildings in the Sugarcreek, Ohio area, and his work is now considered to be of collectable worth with increasing value.
